BIKEPACKING EUROPE - Across all boarders

In 2022, at the age of 18/19, I visited all 44 countries in Europe within 7 months, visited the capital city in each of these countries and climbed the highest mountain. Just by bike and on foot. All alone, almost always sleeping outside, without a tent, just a sleeping bag and sleeping mat. And I carried all my own equipment, including crampons and ice axe, the whole time. In 204 days, I covered just over 36,000 kilometers, that's almost 200km with an average of over 2000 meters in altitude per day. It was a journey full of challenges and feelings of happiness, full of adventure - dog bites, food poisoning, drug dealers, arrests, sunstroke, loneliness, snowstorms, heat, disorientation and many overnight stays in places that are not necessarily suitable for overnight stays. A journey full of mistakes, emotions, encounters and borderline experiences. And above all, it was a journey full of thoughts and insights!
